ENTRY RULES 

Each entry must:
* include the entry fee of $20.
* include a signed copy of the building permit (Entry Form),
* be ready to wear, or hang
* have a sewn cloth label on the back (inside) listing the name of the piece, the artist’s name, address, and phone number,
* be packed in a cloth bag labeled with the artist's name, address, and phone number. 

If the artist chooses to offer for sale, the price of the garment must be listed
on the entry form; the Alaska Fiber Arts Association will retain 20% if the sale price.

Artists are responsible for door-to-door shipment and return freight.
Please put your name on all packing material so your art can be repacked as received.
Art also can be picked up at 5pm March 14 at the Conoco Phillips Atrium.

I agree that AFF can sell my piece at the sales price I set and that 20% of the sale price is payable to AFF. I understand there is no negation of sales price and any post-sale issues raised by either the buyer or seller are not the responsibility of AFF. If at the end of the Fashion Show and/or Fiber Show, my piece has not been sold it is my responsibility to pick it up or make arrangements for it to be mailed back to me at my cost.

NOTE: No sales will go through without a signed copy of this form.
