Entry Guidelines:

The jurying will be open for entries from January 2 and continue until February 23, 2012. Prize money will be awarded, first place prize money $1000.00; the show is open to all.

The winning entries will be announced at the show on the 9^th of March with presentation of awards.

ENTRY RULES
Each entry must:
* include the entry fee of $20.
* include a signed copy of the Entry Form
* include artists statement, including materials used
* include pictures of item electronically
* be ready to wear
* have a sewn cloth label on the back (inside) listing the name of the piece, the artist’s 
   name, address, and phone number,
* be packed in a cloth bag/box labeled with the artist's name, address, and phone number
